OVERVIEW PENOLONG KANAN HAL EHWAL MURID

Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahitaala Wabarakatu. Dalam pengurusan Hal Ehwal Murid ia melibatkan hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan murid-murid dalam skop pengajaran dan pembelajaran termasuk kebajikan murid-murid. Murid-murid adalah asset penting dalam bidang pendidikan yang memerlukan pengendaliaan yang teratur dan sistematik. Kementeriaan Pendidikan Malaysia sangat mengambil berat untuk memastikan murid-murid di sekolah mendapat kemudahan dan keselesaan dalam mengikuti program pengajaran dan pembelajaran yang berkesan bagi melahirkan genarasi akan datang dapat mencapai taraf pendidikan yang berkualiti.

Unit Hal Ehwal Murid di SK Kolapis berusaha untuk melaksanakan program-program yang telah di atur oleh Kementeriaan Pendidikan Malaysia dalam mengemaskini data murid bagi mengenal pasti keperluan murid, pendaftaran persekolahan murid, bantuan kerajaan, pencapaian prestasi murid seperti program-program motivasi, Rancangan Makanan Tambahan Sekolah ( RMTS ), selain daripada itu unit ini juga bertanggung jawab terhadap hal-hal yang berkaiatan dengan persekitaran sekolah . Diharapkan agar semua warga sekolah akan dapat berkerja sama bagi menjamin kejayaan dan kecemerlangan sekolah amnya.

Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahitaala Wabarakatu.

As far as   pupils affair of the school is concerned, as senior assistant, I am indeed   responsible  in various aspects of pupils discipline, pupils learning activity and also pupils welfare as well. All of our pupils are our assets in the education fields and by that  our school   will provide them with a systematic teaching manner.

     The Malaysian Education Ministry take this matter seriously to ensure that all pupils will have the benefit and comfort from the facilities provided. This will surely enhanced the students wills to learn more and enjoy themselves along the teaching and learning process in class. This will probably raise the students level and standard to reach the high quality of education level.

     The pupils affair unit in Sk. Kolapis will work hard and try all of our best to carry out all of the programmes arranged by the Malaysian Education Ministry such as running the students need, registrations, government aid, students achievement, students motivation programmes, RMT and besides that take care of the school’s environment to ensure that students will have the comfort to be and learn in this school.

     Lastly, I hope that this school community will co-operate to gain the objectives of the Pupils Affair unit.
