PIAGAM PELANGGAN

 

 

  1. Memastikan pengajaran  dan pembelajaran berjalan dengan lancar, teratur dan sistematik;

 

  1. Berusaha untuk melahirkan pelajar yang cemerlang berlandaskan Falsafah Pendidikan Kebangsaan ;

 

  1. Memastikan semua murid yang didaftarkan di sekolah ini mendapat tempat belajar yang sempurna dan selamat ;

 

  1. Memberi layanan yang saksama dan adil kepada semua murid  di Sekolah Kebangsaan Kolapis, Beluran ;

 

  1. Mewujudkan suasana permuafakatan dan silaturahim ke arah mencapai Visi dan Misi sekolah ;

 

  1. Berusaha meningkatkan mutu perkhidmatan ke arah pencapaian  taraf perkhidmatan dengan mengikis sikap negatif;

 

  1. Bersedia dan sanggup menerima cadangan syor dan teguran yang membina dari semua pihak bagi meningkatkan lagi prestasi  perkhidmatan dan kecemerlangan  Sekolah Kebangsaan Kolapis, Beluran ;

 

  1. Berusaha menyempurnakan dan mengawal sistem peperiksaan sekolah ke tahap yang lebih profesional;

 

  1. Berusaha mengangkat prinsip Bersih, Cekap dan Amanah dalam pengurusan organisasi  sekolah;

 

  1. Berusaha menjaga kepentingan slogan kerajaan Cemerlang, Gemilang dan Terbilang untuk semua warga sekolah;

 

  1. Berusaha menambahbaik sistem pengurusan masa;

 

  1. Memastikan layanan yang mesra kepada semua warga sekolah  dan  komuniti;

 

  1. Memastikan keadilan dan kesaksamaan  kepada setiap murid  dalam semua urusan bantuan dan perkhidmatan ;

 

  1. Memastikan semua aduan, rayuan dan  laporan warga dan komuniti ditangani dengan segera, tepat dan berkesan; DAN

 

  1. Memulakan satu budaya pertuturan Bahasa Inggeris sesama rakan sekerja dan murid-murid SK Kolapis.

  1. To ensure teaching and learning process runs smoothly, regularly and systematically;

 

  1. To try producing as many excellence pupils based on the  National Education Philoshopy;

 

  1. To ensure all registered pupils in this school  can get an absolutale perfect and safe place to study;

 

  1. To give fair and  unbias treatment to all pupils of  SK Kolapis ;

 

  1. To create  a better understanding  environment and relationship towards SK Kolapis objektif, vision and mission ;

 

  1. To try improve and upgrade our quality of services  towards  a better  and  understanding performances  by  adhering positive  approaches ;

 

  1. Ready and willing to recieve any positive proposals, ideas or comments from any corner of views in within the clients, for  the improvement  of  high prestige and excellence  of  SK Kolapis ;

 

  1. To try upgrade and control the school examination system professionally ;

 

  1. Try to uplift the prinsipal of  Clean, Efficient  and  Trust in within  the  school organizational management ;

 

  1. Try to uplift the government slogan Excellent, Glory and Distinction in within the school’s sociey ;

 

  1. Try to improve the time management system in the school ;

 

  1. To ensure  friendly  treatment be given to both school  citizens and society ;

 

  1. To ensure fair and justice be reserved equally  to every pupil in any assistance or  service manage by the school  ;

 

  1. To ensure all reports, appeals and complaints from both the school citizens and the community  will be  treated  accordingly; and

 

  1. To start  a new English Speaking Culture among collegues and pupils of  SK Kolapis.
