PERLAKSANAAN  PENGURUSAN   PPSM1  BAGI 

SEKOLAH  KEBANGSAAN  KOLAPIS, BELURAN  2006.

Proposal  ini  dipetik dan dipadankan  berpandukan  cadangan / arahan  Bahagian Pendidikan Guru  dan  Jemaah  Nazir  Sekolah  (JNS) , Kementerian Pelajaran  Malaysia  melalui  dapatan  Kursus PPSMI 1  bagi  Penolong-Penolong Kanan   Sekolah Kebangsaan / Menengah  Negeri Sabah.      Pengurusan sekolah adalah bertanggung jawab secara langsung  kepada Kementerian Pelajaran Malaysia  dalam perlaksanaan  dan  kejayaan  PPSMI  di  peringkat sekolah, di mana  pihak guru-guru PPSMI  pula  mempertanggungjawabkan komitmen mereka  kepada pihak pengurusan sekolah.   

Adalah diharapkan   PPSMI  akan  dapat  dijalankan  secara  teratur  seawal  tahun  2005, sementara proses  pengurusannya  diselaraskan mulai  tahun  ini,  mengikut  ketetapan dan  arahan terkini Kementerian Pelajaran Malaysia.  

Adalah  menjadi  harapan  saya semua  guru  Bahasa Inggeris ,  Sains  and  Matematik  akan  memberi  sepenuh  komitmen  kepada  program  ini.  Pihak  sekolah  telah  memasukkan  semua  guru-guru  ESM  menjadi  ahli  jawatankuasa  PPSMI  sekolah  walaupun  sebahagiannya  masih  belum  terlibat  dalam  proses  ini  dengan  alasan  ingin  menyediakan  mereka  dengan  persekitaran  sebenarnya .

This proposal is referred  and  adapted based on  suggestion and directives of  the  Teachers  Education  Division ( BPG ) and  the  Department  of  the School Inspectorate ( JNS ), Ministry of Education Malaysia  from  various  inputs  of  the  ETeMS 1  Course  of  the  Sabah   Primary / Secondary Schools’  Senior  Assistants .   The  school  management  is   directly   responsible  in  the  implementation  program  and  its  successful  performance  to  the  Ministry  of  Education, Malaysia,  whereby,  every  ETeMS’  Teacher  will   be put  responsible  in  their  commitment  to  the  school  management.

It  is  suggested  that  the   ETeMS  program  could   be  implemented  uniformly as requested in early  2005  while  the  management  proses  takes  place  with effect  from this year  in  accordance  to  the MOE’s  directive.     

It  is  my  hope to  see  all  ETeMS  teachers  will  put   full  commitment  on  this  program.  Our  school  has  suggested  that  all  EMS  teachers  are  included  in  the  team  eventhough  some of  whom  hasn’t  undergone  any  ETeMS  course  whatsoever  rather  than  for  the  exposure’s  trial.
